The Game of Transformation is a widely and funny way to understand and gracefully transform the game of his life. It looks at the types of experiences you create, how you react to them, and how you should change your answers to manifest your highest potential and achieve your purpose in life.

Through the Game of Transformation you can become more aware of your forces as your locks. It is a powerful tool for interaction, offering an supportive and stimulant group environment, in which openness, cooperation and sharing are encouraged.

The game mirrors your life with accuracy, offering clear feedback and precise insights that can help you:

The Game of Transformation was originally developed by Joy Drake and Kathy Tyler in the period in which resided in the Findhorn Foundation, in northern Scotland. Currently, the authors live in Seattle and maintains Innerlinks Associates in the USA, company through which released the game in the world.

The Findhorn Foundation, founded in 1962 by Peter and Eileen Caddy and Dorothy MacLean, is a spiritual community and is based on the following principles: God or the Source of Life is accessible to every one of us at any time, and our planet is intelligent and part of a larger Plan. In this Plan, humankind is involved in the process of evolutionary expansion of consciousness, by creating a new standard of civilization and a planetary culture permeated by spiritual values.
Within these principles, was developed the Game of Transformation, in a creative process for over ten years. Many people shared their experiences and visions, and contributed to its unfolding with the blessings and affection of a network of friends around the world. Many volunteers players donated their time and energy generously to this project.

The Transformation Game can be played:

- Between friends: as a tool for harmonization and optimization of relations;

- For enterprises: as a tool for development of insight and creativity, and growth, integration and empowerment of participants in order to identify and reshape the necessary attitude for the company to reach its organizational goals;

- In a therapeutic approach, adapted by certified therapists, counselors or facilitators, to promote deeper experiences, in the individual level;

- Applied by Innerlinks accredited facilitators, gaining new scope that allows the consolidation of personal Focus or Target that is being worked on.

Your focus of the Game is the seed that will be nurtured and developed during the Game of Transformation. From the definition of the personal or group target / focus, the game helps participants to consciously accelerate the process of change. Please, prepare yourself for this process by contemplating and clearing exactly what you would like to receive from the interaction with the Game, and what you would like to give to the experience.

What Would You Like to Receive or to Reach - Choose a situation that you are dealing in your life, something you would like to resolve or where you would like to have a creative insight. The Game of Transformation can bring clarity, understanding and the awakening of consciousness to the points chosen. Please, be specific. To the extent that you keep the focus in mind as you play, the game will speak directly of the issues that emerge, providing clear feedback on how life can be transformed to achieve its purpose.

- Releasing locks of personality that limit my creativity;

What Would You Like to Give
- Look at the qualities you would like to share in your experience. May be qualities that you have expressed easily or that are an effort for you to give it. Some examples of donation focuses in the Game:

- Give my full attention;

- Share my feelings and insights spontaneously;

- Give my unconditional love and honesty.

Both focuses - give and take - are very important. Make the choice carefully, because they are the backbone of everything that goes in your game. Express only what you are actually available to receive and give.

- The game consists of a board, a coin, one dice and four crystals, and hundreds of cards and bonus representing Locks, Insights, Angels and Feedbacks of the universe.

The Game Board represents the world of the players or the planet where we live. The central part is the Source of Life, where everything is born (physical level), and starting from his birth each player has a Way of Life to follow.

Before birth, each player must organize his Focus / Target, clarifying for himself and other players the objective that want transform in that particular game, and also must put in his Envelope of the Unconscious the cards of Insights, Locks and Angels, which are received randomly.

The player throws the dice until birth, and thereafter move the crystal by the Board according to the number drawn, so walking by the squares of Life. The symbolic language of the Squares of Blessing, Locks, Free Will, Appraisal, Insight, Depression, Miracle and Service, which make up the Way of Life, allow each player to play and to deal playfully with the many emotions and moments of real life.

- Bonuses of Consciousness reveal important keywords for our growth and understanding.
- Cards of Locks reveal our dificulties or what is preventing us from reaching the defined Focus / Target.
- The Cards of Insight reveal the truth that we must remember and what steps can be taken to achieve our Focus / Target.
- The Cards of Angels reveal spiritual qualities that came to help, dissolving barriers and promoting the true insight.

The Game of Leadership - This game was developed from the basic structure of the Game of Transformation. Using the same materials and with the support of the archetypes of the Angelic Kingdom, facilitates the experience of our relationship with the leadership in the group context: how we lead ourselves, how we lead others and how we are led.

Throughout the game, we have the opportunity to experience different situations that will stimulate creativity, spontaneity, self-awareness and talents in facilitating and engaging in a more intuitive leadership, in an environment of support and group interdependence.

The leadership is focused from three aspects: the active, the intuitive and the supportive. These aspects are always present in every one of us, and can manifest itself in every moment. The game helps us become more aware of this possibility, giving to each player the opportunity to experience each particular aspect.

- The Game of Leadership is very applicable in business and organizations, with remarkable results in clarifying and improving the skills and attitudes related to the role of leader.
