Circle Dances
Dancing and singing are the oldest forms of human expression, who driven by a transcendent power try to formulate
his experiences and understanding of life using his own body as an instrument.
Throughout history human beings have always danced and sang. The dance symbolized the communion between the
members of the community and celebrate special moments of their lives: the change of seasons, planting, harvesting,
joy, sadness, fear, love, the power of death, the reappearance of new life.
Dancing is to move the body in a rhythmic form, is to conquer space in a smooth and musical way. Gestures attract
and transmit power, release and transform energy, psychologically influence individuals and keeps them in
constant contact with their Center.
Circle Dances resist time for his strength of manifestation of life. Dancing on the circle is to rediscover
and celebrate our primordial oneness. Holding hands, movement, singing and rhythmic breathing balance the group
energy.
Dancing is to allow being touched by the totality of the four spheres of existence: physical, emotional, mental
and transcendent. Is to be connected with a great joy and deep healing, for yourself and all your relationships.
